Strategic communications in the arts, events and entertainment…
I am a freelance communications manager and publicist currently working across the UK (London and national) and Aotearoa New Zealand.
I specialise in PR for major events, arts organisations, artists and personalities, festivals, shows and tours.
From 2024 to 2026, I worked in London and across the UK with projects traversing dance for wellbeing, prominent classical music concerts, festivals, opera and a West End show. From 2012 to 2024, I managed press offices, promotions and communications for a number of New Zealand’s foremost organisations in the arts, including the Royal New Zealand Ballet, Auckland Arts Festival and the World of WearableArt. From 2007 to 2012, I ran one of the busiest arts publicity consultancies in Sydney, Australia. Prior to that, I worked in corporate and agency PR.
I am an agile and experienced communicator and scrupulous project manager. I develop smart, strategic and successful campaigns, bespoke to the client and their goals. My day-to-day includes communications strategy, media relations and publicity, copywriting, and digital, internal, crisis and corporate communications.
